Paget's disease of the nipple
- Associated with intraduct carcinoma
- Red, eczematous lesion of nipple
- may be palpable mass
Differential diagnosis
- Eczema of the nipple
- usually bilateral
- itchy
- does not destroy nipple
Pathology
- large pleomorphic cells
- hyperchromatic nuclei
- pale cytoplasm
