  • fever
  • depression
  • confusion
  • impotence / amenorrhoea
  • nausea / vomiting
  • diarrhoea / constipation
  • syncope
  • myalgia
  • joint / back pain

Examination

  • Observation
    • Female (young to middle aged)
    • Thin / wasted
    • Pigmentation
      • skin  creases
      • mouth
      • scars
    • Postural hypotension
    • Loss of body hair
    • Additional Vitiligo
