Lymphatic Drainage of the Arm


  1. mainly follow veins
    • some supratrochlear lymph nodes exist
  2. drain to lateral axillary nodes
  3. then to central axillary nodes
  4. apical axillary nodes
  5. subclavian lymph trunk
  6. thoracic duct
  • also drain skin and superficial fascia of trunk above umbilicus, and breast
