- if progression then emergency cholecystectomy

- urinary catheter
Complications
- biliary colic
- gangrenous / perforated gallbladder
- empyema
- ascending cholangitis
- obstructive jaundice
- carcinoma
- gallstone ileus
- acute pancreatitis
