- mild jaundice
- Ascites
- negative hepatojugular reflex
- splenomegaly
- due to portal hypertension
Histology
- centrilobular congestion
- hepatocyte atrophy

- peritoneal aspiration
- liver biopsy
- Imaging
- USS
- CT
- MRI
- hepatic vein occlusion
- diffuse abnormal parenchyma
- + identify cause
