  • commonly 1-4 years
• aggressive

Presentation

• Renal Mass
• Haematuria (rarely)

Treatment

• nephrectomy
• radiotherapy
• chemotherapy

Prognosis

• majority of children cured (79%)
  • if no recurrence by age 7 then considered cured
• often spread to lungs by presentation
