- Examine penis and scrotum

- hypospadias, epispadias
- scrotum and testes
Feel
- Male Genitalia
- Palpate
- testes
- epididymis
- spermatic cords
- Assess any swelling
- origin in scrotum or inguinal canal
- transillumination
- Hernia - examine both sides
- Relationship between hernia and
- pubic tubercle
- inguinal ligament
- Press over swelling / superficial inguinal ring
- Reducible?
