- related to chronic sun exposure
- locally very invasive
- metastasises rarely
Examination
- occurs most commonly on face
- ulcer
Histology
- clumps of small cells surrounded by pallisading
- sometimes frequent mitoses
- commonly ulcerated
- cells similar to basal layer of Epidermis
