Examination

• Cranial Nerves
  • V
    • loss of corneal reflex
    • wold weakness muscles of mastication
  • VI
    • ipsilateral lateral rectus palsy
  • VII
    • LMN facial weakness
    • Loss of taste anterior 2/3 of tongue
    • hyperacusis
  • VIII
    • sensorineural deafness
• Other
  • cerebellar signs
  • Nystagmus if large tumour

Causes

• Acoustic neuroma
• Meningioma
• Others (rarely)
