part of vagina, anal canal, external genitalia) drains to superficial inguinal lymph nodes
- in superficial fascia just below inguinal ligament
- entry of great saphenous vein into femoral vein
- drain to deep inguinal nodes
- deep tissues drain to deep inguinal lymph nodes
- pass through femoral canal
- to nodes around external and common iliac arteries to cisterna chyli
