  • previous valvotomy

Examination

• Apex
  • tapping (MS)
  • displaced / thrusting (MR)
• 1st Heart Sound
  • loud (MS)
  • soft (MR)
• 3rd Heart Sound
  • absent (MS)
  • present (MR)
• Atrial fibrillation
  • common (MS)
