    • Exapansion

      • reduced on affected side

    • Tactile Vocal Fremitus

      • decreased 

    • percussion

      • stony dull

    • auscultation

      • vocal resonance reduced / absent

      • breath sounds reduced / absent

      • bronchial breathing / aegophony at upper limit

      • ? pleural rub
