- Rheumatoid arthritis,
- arteriosclerosis,
- thrombocytosis,
- Drugs,
- Thoracic outlet syndrome,
- Use of
vibrating tools,
- Mixed cryoglobulinaemia,
- monoclonal gammopathies
Treatment
- Keep warm
- Stop smoking
- Nifedipine 10mg TDS
